DG-DRM28-R - Ultra Wide 28" 16:3 Railway LCD DRM/PI Display

OVERVIEW:

DG-DRM28-R is an intelligent ultra wide 28" 16:3 railway LCD DRM display. The device is certified to EN50155 and EN50121 standards for onboard railway systems. A sunlight readable high contract HD-resolution LCD display delivers and outstanding visual experience. This display is design specifically for PIS or Dynamic Route Map applications for train, metro and tram installations. Leveraging a dual core i.MX6 embedded Linux processor for display control monitoring.

The DG-DRM28-R operates fully autonomously and connects to the TCMS or ETBN to receive control indormation. Communication interfaces include 10/100/1000Mbit Ethernet, isolated RS-485, optional MVB and 3G/LTE modem. The internal 802.11 WiFi can be ued for service, maintenence and upgrading fucntions. The DRM28-R supports master-slaves operating modes, which enable one master device in the coach acting as master connecting to the train network, while slave devices connect to the master using RS-485. An inbuilt 1500VDC isolated railway class power supply can connect directly to the 110VDc train feeder power source.

The DRM28-R is protected against excessive temperature conditions with CPU speed throttling and temperature dependent backlight brightness control. System operating and configuration parameters are stored in a non volatile EEPROM. Powerful GUI development tools accelerate the creation and maintenence of the system software.
